This garden is not open to the public. It is part of the Kent County Jail System. The garden has 4-1/2 acres. It is an organic vegetable garden. It is mainly worked by youth who are sent there in lieu of jail. They donate many tons of vegetables to a Rockford food pantry. They also use the vegetables for meals at the Honor Camp and the Kent County Jail.
