There are two gardens with a third planned. Only one of the gardens is food-producing. The other is a “healing garden”, composed entirely of indigenous plants, and designed to create a “comforting, healing environment”. It fits with their mission of providing support to people with cancer and their families. The producing garden is a vegetable and flower garden, which members work on, and may use the produce from. A rain garden is in the planning stages as of early 2006. A Master Gardener oversees the gardening.
